On this exploration, you will be led by one of our passionate naturalist guides who will be eager to share with you about the history, culture, and rich biodiversity of La Fortuna and its famous volcano. Through the knowledge of natural history and the spectacular views from the Mistico Hanging Bridges you will immerse in the wonders of the rainforest. End your day by rejuvenating mind, body and soul in the healing, thermal Hot Springs of Baldi.

Your exploration begins at the Mistico Park, where you will be able to cross 15 hanging bridges with different lengths from 5 to 100 meters. The entire circuit involves a total of 3 km of trails in the tropical jungle. Immerse in the wonderful secrets of the rainforest and be able to witness different species of wildlife in the forest canopy, along the suspension bridges and on the forest floor before continuing with the second highlight of your day. (Closed tennis or walking shoes are required, the park will not allow hikers wearing sandals or shoes that do not completely cover their feet.)

The Baldi Hot Springs is the most expansive hot spring facility in the Arenal Volcano area. The pools are large and small, hot and cold, with walking paths between them.

Get to relax in the pools and choose among the different temperatures to rejuvenate body, mind and soul. For the more adventurous, get to choose from a range of water slides to add some fun to your wellness experience.
